Cancellations
It is possible to transfer your place to a colleague if you are unable to attend, but you must email anita@bulletbusiness.com informing us of this change prior to the event.

No penalty for cancellations received on or before 17 November 2006. For all cancellations received after 17 November 2025 we will be obliged to charge the full fee.

We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your registration.

Method of Payment
In order to guarantee that your check-in process is fast, efficient and all lines are avoided please make sure your payment is received by First Conferences Ltd in a timely manner. If your payment has not been received before the event a credit card guarantee will be required at the time of check in.

Miscellaneous
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the conference programme without notice.

All prices displayed are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated but, VAT will be charged where applicable at the prevailing rate at the time of invoicing and, the relevant details will appear on the invoice.

First Conferences takes every care to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing however, bookings will only be accepted if there is no material error in the price advertised on the website
