Irina is the Head of Bingo at BGO Entertainment. She is responsible for the management of their 3rd party software brands Costa, Sing, City and Fancy Bingo as well as bgo.com, their proprietary platform. An economist with degrees from UCL and LSE, Irina started her career in Management Consulting before moving into gaming in 2004, when she joined PartyGaming. During her time with the company both pre- and post- IPO she held various positions including Retention and VIP Management and oversaw the company’s presence at several WSOP events. Irina has also worked in the not for profit sector in Africa and India in her capacity as CEO of a charitable trust with a £25m endowment. |

| Jodi Littlepage is a respected corporate financier in London, with a high profile career as an expert in technology, particularly gaming, payments and mobile technology. She has over 15 years’ experience in finance, starting her career in finance as an advanced corporate finance analyst advising companies such as ABB, ABN AMRO, Pepsi and a number of other blue chips companies on WAAC and financial risk. Jodi was one of the first equity analysts in the online gaming sector, she brought this experience to Baker Tilly, the 5th largest accounting firm in the country, as a Director of Corporate Finance in 2004. Being an entrepreneur at heart she then joined Citicourt & Co Limited in 2006 as a Director and shareholder where they completed a number transactions including fundraisings and M&A in the gaming and bingo sector and advisory on disposals of technology and pharmaceutical companies. Commencing the beginning of the global economic crisis she was headhunted to become the Head of Corporate Development at Finncap, where she was largely responsible for growing the small caps business from an early stage broker to the leading small caps broker in London, through good relationships and delivery to corporate clients and investors from the UK, Europe and the USA, heading up the Private Equity/ VC business and advising, trading in and raising funds for numerous companies on AIM and the LSE. She then brought in the high profile PE individual as the chairman of the company and in turn instituted the company's buy out from JMFinn. Jodi has an extensive Global network of land based, I-gaming and gaming contacts in the UK, US and Asia. She returned to Citicourt in 2011 due to growing demand for M&A and Private Equity to invest in quality companies, and for reliable smaller company (under £100m) corporate finance advisory services, M&A, MBO’s, MBI’s and fundraising. |

| Simon is the COO of beJig, a social games company he co-founded in 2011 with backing from New Game Capital. beJig’s games, available on facebook and tablet, are AvaTingo, Five Star Slots and Sh*thead. Simon began his career in gaming as a licensed general manager for Mecca Bingo clubs in the UK. In 2008 he joined Ladbrokes as their head of bingo and oversaw rapid growth in their online player numbers and NGR. He then co-founded QuickThink Media which is now a leading marketing business in UK online bingo with its brands Freebingohunter.com, Iceland Bingo & Hippo Bingo. With responsibility for sales and marketing at QuickThink, Simon also led a successful application for an online gambling license in the Isle of Man.
